They have the opportunity for NQs, Associates, Senior Associates and Directors to join the growing team, ideally boasting strong commercial real estate experience in private practice.
Responsibilities
They have oneof the strongest specialist Real Estate teams in the country and have an enviable reputation for delivering focused legal advice to top quality clients. The work is likely to be varied but lawyers in our real estate team typically get exposure to the following work areas:
- landlord and tenant;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- development;
- corporate support; and
- financing transactions.
