Responsibilities:
- To support patients in nursing homes across Birmingham
- Maintain ongoing assessment and review of patients
- Administer medication
- Apply surgical dressings and give other forms of treatment
- Advice on nursing care and disease prevention
- Supervise the implementation of care plans
Experience:
- Active NMC pin
- Have at least 1 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be good under pressure and be able to work to deadlines
- Working good with others
