Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.
- Curriculum Development: Drive the implementation of an enriching early years curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest educational standards and best practices.
- Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the staff, encouraging their growth as educators.
- Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the early education journey.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing resources, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for children.
