Are you an experienced fitness professional with a strong background in team management? 4Leisure Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in Central London. This role offers both temporary and permanent opportunities, perfect for those seeking flexibility in their career.
Salary:
£15-17 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
- Lead and manage the fitness team, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised workout plans for clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Handle customer enquiries and efficiently resolve any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications (preferred).
- First Aid certification.
- Proven experience in managing a team, ideally within a fitness or leisure environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Flexibility to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends.
