We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic English Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Lewisham, part of a prestigious and respectful learning trust. This role offers a unique rotating timetable, providing a perfect work-life balance.

This role would suit either a qualified Teacher, or Cover Supervisor with good behaviour management, with experience in English as a subject specialism. With 1-2 days per week rotating, you'll be dedicated in delivering high-engagement lessons that are effective in building student knowledge as well as providing students with wider learning techniques that translate into their lives.

The ideal English Teacher will:

English Teacher responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English

  • Assess and monitor student progress
  • Contribute to the school's positive and respectful learning environment
