You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children/young people in your care. You will provide care and support to residents of Children's Homes in the Birmingham area. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Support young people through their daily routines
- Act as a role model
- Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
- Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
- Communicating with residents and colleagues
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience (UK based)
- Right to work in the UK
- Drivers and non-drivers
- Clear DBS
