Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- taking ownership of the full HR function (standalone) including, contract work, training employees, administer benefits for employees, manage the recruitment process etc.
- the compliance of the business and any new entities (clients/employees)
- Group HR Compliance and reporting.
- Ownership and complete compliance and KYC/KYB related work with suppliers which may include lawyers, solicitors, financial institution etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- proven experience working as and HR professional in a standalone capacity.
- thorough knowledge and experience in a KYC /KYB function
- an understanding of AML requirements for a range of corporate and FI entities in the UK and overseas.
- experience within Quality Control.
