My client specialises within providing training and guidance on assisting and approving customers strength/fitness and movement. Based in Belfast, they are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.

Working Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm or 12pm-8pm (Ability to work 2 evenings per week until 8pm).

With a salary of £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Role:

You will be the first point of contact for all clients upon arrival, providing first class customer service through consistent communication.

Essential Criteria:

  • 1 years Reception experience.
  • Demonstrable customer service experience.
  • IT proficient with working knowledge of using IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential and current patients on the phone in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about choosing a provider
  • Ensure the target numbers, for new patients, new members, total appointments are achieved and create action plan to achieve and maintain these targets
  • Ensure that patients have a high-quality experience with us from the first warm welcome to payment through to follow up
  • Maintain a clean and attractive environment and professional image that upholds our reputation as one of the top clinics
  • Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the patient/member will need to pay to access it
  • Weekly analysis and action plans using our key metrics and communicated effectively through the team with appropriate delegation and accountability
  • Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients/members to want to come back frequently for other services
  • Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all administration staff
  • Systemise administrative tasks and uphold standards throughout the clinic across the team
  • Reviewing outgoings, expenses and day to day running costs of the business to ensure it is profitable and being run efficiently - Gas, electric, supplies, software, man hours
  • Increase attendance by signing up prospective members for trial months, converting trialists into full paying members and helping patients transition into members
