Charity is looking for an experienced HR Advisor/junior HRBP.
Your new role
My client is looking for a HR Generalist who will report to the Head of HR, looking after c120 employees, providing proactive advice and guidance to the whole organisation, being the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of ER including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, capability and performance management.
- You will also take the lead on recruitment, drafting job descriptions, inductions and exit interviews.
- Coach, guide and advise managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Implementing and updating HR policies and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working as an HR Advisor
- Strong Employment Law knowledge
- Generalist HR experience.
What you'll get in return
- Salary up to c£35,000.
