Client Account Manager

Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Client Account Manager to work for a well-established organisation based within Wetherby.
Our client has been serving the global hospitality and contract market for a decade and are leader in the manufacture and supply of luxury outdoor furniture.
They are known for attention to details, commitment to quality, their furniture is design, specified and manufactured for the longevity of life and ease of maintenance.
This is an interesting and varied, customer centric role, assisting with quotations and blended with other customer service functions, including liaising with customers regarding shipping of orders, managing and sending samples and quotations, liaising directly with an array of global business clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Account Manager:
- On receipt of client order, review against estimate and ensure that all finishes and prices are correct.
- Place orders by email or fax with all relevant manufacturers specified.
- Check and acknowledge customer orders
- Be the main point of contact for clients responding to enquiries
- Arrange despatch by appropriate carriers
- Liaise with carriers with regards to customs clearance for goods
- Raise order confirmation to client, which includes anticipated delivery installation date.
- Responding to emails from clients e.g. advise on lead- time etc.
- Assist with Shipping and producing required documentation
- Liaising with business locations worldwide.
- Working with client/ representatives, schedule deliveries to site and arrange installation.
- Contact Client to receive feedback on installation.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
Experience for the Client Account Manager
Required candidates need to have worked within a similar role have excellent customer service and account management within a B2B environment skills.
As well as time management and be able to prioritise work loads
Salary: up to £35k depending on experience
This role is working 5 days a week in the Office.
