We are seeking a

Panel Executive

to join our

Home Conveyancing panel team

in

Manchester.

You will be supporting a portfolio of panel firms, ensuring that they are delivering service to the required standards, resolving any queries/escalations from branches and firms giving our introducers the confidence to increase volumes of conveyancing instructions.

Key roles and responsibilities of a Panel Executive:

  • Supporting the panel team with Estate Agents, Financial Services, clients and panel firms regarding property transactions.
  • Monitoring emails and processing queries, supporting with escalations and complaints regarding panel firms, both current and previous transactions, within SLA and following correct escalation process
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the panel firms and try to assist in building these between the firms and other parties.
  • Ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely fashion by firms and escalating, where necessary, any payment issues.

Experience you have that will set you up for success:

  • You will have thrived and enjoyed working in fast paced, high performing, customer centric environments
  • A knowledge of the Conveyancing process will be beneficial but not essential
  • You can identify and solve problems and have a can do approach
