E2E Data Lead, Profectus Project

What do you become a part of –

The Data Lead is responsible for leading the Data model definition, assessment and data migration strategy and preparation for the data objects within the Profectus programme. The role will be responsible for ensuring the design and implementation of a consistent and sustainable data model driving simplification and standardisation leveraging industry and technology best practice. The individual will be the key conduit between the business and BPT to ensure a harmonised data design and ensure data management processes are in place to sustain the agreed CCEP quality standards going forward.

The Data Lead will report into the Profectus Data Management Lead. They will lead the data workstream across the Material master data object working closely with the Data Steward, Data Architect and Data Migration Manager.

What you will do –

Leads the Data Management workstream for the Project / E2E Process data objects in alignment with the Data Steward, Data Architect, and System Implementation (SI) Partner.

Responsible for the following:

  • Lead the Project / E2E Process master data management workstream activities aligned to the Profectus programme methodology
  • Create and own the Data Management master plan, ensuring activities and deliverables are completed to time and quality
  • Manage the design and definition of the CCEP target Enterprise Data Model (EDM) data standards for the Material master data object along with the Data Owners and Stewards
  • Bring best practice approach, templates and tooling aligned to the Data Management Profectus workstream
  • Ensure all inter-dependent design decisions and data specific risks, issues and dependencies are identified, documented and have clear ownership
  • Define the QA data set and facilitate the Show & Tell demonstrator sessions
  • Lead the data quality baseline assessment for the Material Master data object. Coordinate the legacy data profiling against target state Enterprise Data Model (EDM)
  • Support the creation of the data migration strategy providing input into Scope, Business transformation mapping and Validation/Reconciliation rules providing the "guardrails" for detailed data migration planning
  • Coordinate preparation for all data design requirements, and ensure they are reviewed and approved via the agreed Data Governance standards and processes
  • Ensure the Enterprise Data Model (EDM) standards and architecture principles are adhered to through the project lifecycle
  • Provide SME expertise to data assessment forums for data topics on non-Profectus initiatives to ensure maximum alignment with the target EDM
  • Support definition of data validation and reconciliation business rules

What we expect from you –

  • Experience managing Data Management end-to-end lifecycle on global / large scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Track record leading the co-ordination of Data Management project activities and managing interdependencies across other key workstreams
  • Experience in leading enterprise data model definition and design
  • Understanding of the best practice S/4HANA data model and data management tooling
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organisation and strong communication at all organisation levels
  • Leadership experience managing teams, strong people management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management within transformation programmes
