Customer Service Administrator

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their client based in Dundee.

Pay: £22,300 Per Annum

Contract: Maternity Cover until November 2025 - Starting Immediately

Location: Dundee

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Duties:

  • Supporting a team of plumbers within the Customer Service department
  • Call handling with private and social housing clients, to ensure jobs are completed professionally and within a timely manner
  • Managing a group inbox
  • Logging jobs and distributing to plumbers.
  • Diary Management
  • Call Handling
  • Logging jobs
  • Sending status reports/updates to builders providing relevant certificates to support work
  • Logging warranty calls for boiler and cylinders
  • Costing and providing progress reports to management
  • Valuing jobs and creating sales invoices

Required Skills:

  • An enthusiastic, motivated and friendly candidate who is trustworthy and demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of IT skills such as Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Works Well in a team environment
  • Well organised and proactive
