Conveyancing Paralegal (Training Contract)
Bristol - Salary up to £35k DOE

This is what you will be doing
As a Conveyancer, your duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Communicating effectively with clients, other law firms, and relevant parties via phone and email.
- Utilising a cutting-edge case management system to ensure efficient case handling.
- Working alongside the Department Head and managing a diverse caseload.
- Progressing a mix of residential and commercial cases, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and commercial leases.
- Dealing with panel management and ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures and regulations.
The experience you will bring to the team
- Prior experience in Conveyancing.
- A law degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and regulations.
