As a School Psychology Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' mental health and emotional well-being. You will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address various psychological issues, promote positive mental health, and enhance the overall educational experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one sessions to students.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Collaborate with teachers and implement strategies to support students' academic and emotional development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and support programs.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

Promote a positive school environment by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and emotional safety.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of child development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people.

Previous experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is a plus.
