Title: Seeking a Senior Project Engineer for Automation and Validation in Cork
Principal Project Engineer -
This role is part of the global engineering team. The Project Engineer will oversee all validation activities for automated production lines for a design transfer, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for automated production lines.
Develop and maintain project documentation (PDD, URS, test scripts, CQA).
Manage contractors and ensure service standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth production line transitions.
Communicate project status through meetings and reports.
Drive project achievements and share best practices.
- The individual is required to have strong experience in automation and validation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or related field.
3-5 years in validation of automated production lines.
Proficiency in validation protocols and project documentation.
Project Management experience.
Experience in manufacturing, technology, supply chain, and medical device validation.
Knowledge of cGMP and industry regulations.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent.
Other Details:
Hybrid working - flexible
Based in Cork
12 month contract with likely extension
Offering up to 60 euros per hour (depending on experience).
