You will be working in a varied role where strong customer service skills are essential along with a high level of efficiency, and organisation. You will have an interest and aptitude for finance, and experience in helping to run a department. Training will be given, and you will be funded to receive financial accreditation.
As the Senior Administrator you will be:
- Helping clients with the administration of investments
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Dealing with queries, emails and updates from clients
- Having regular face to face video calls with clients
- Helping to run the Department, including staff members
- Keeping the database updated
As the Senior Administrator you will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good maths skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Great IT skills
