Base: City of Coventry Health Centre, CV1 4FS, travelling to different schools in the area
**Shift Pattern: 37.5/week, Monday to Friday, 08.30-16.30
Start date: December 2024
Job Specifics:
- visit schools to deliver regular therapy for children that have direct therapy specified in Section F of their EHCP
- Carry out therapy, liaise with teachers, support teaching assistants to carry out therapy tasks, and update therapy plans
- Predominately in mainstream primary schools, there may also be the requirement for sessions in nurseries, special schools and secondary schools
- Admin/writing up notes can be completed at home or there will be available use of the office
