Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing proactive HR guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Learning and Development team to design and implement cutting-edge leadership development programs, nurturing talent and supporting succession planning efforts.
- Cultivate strong relationships built on integrity, trust, and respect, serving as a coach and mentor to the HR Advisor team, supporting their growth and professional development.
- Partner with the Recruitment function to attract and onboard new recruits, ensuring cultural alignment and a seamless candidate experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in change management, leading organisational transformation initiatives with a strategic and people-centric approach.
To excel in this role, you'll need a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or equivalent experience, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation. Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a passion for driving positive change and fostering a high-performance culture.
