Resource Manager

My client is recruiting for a Resource Manager to work mainly remote

This is to work for a renewable energy manufacturer which mainly operates offshore

This role is expected to last at least 12 months and are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible

Pay rate: £270 per day outside IR35

In this role you would be required to work from home apart from 1 day a month you would be required to attend their head office in warrington and over the course of the contract you would be expected to carry out 50 travel dates to attend sites in poland & denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and assist your team of around 30 external supervisors in ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a healthy work-life balance
  • Recruitment, organising training sessions, and enhancing the skills of supervisors, ensuring all training plans are current and in line with the organisations requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Take part in assigning qualified, motivated supervisor teams to designated projects
  • Responsible for steering the overall direction and agenda from the senior management team to the supervisors
  • Offer essential guidance

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with leading teams, with remote leadership experience being advantageous.
  • 2+ years of people management is required
  • Knowledge of local labour policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience
  • Fluent in English
