Description
Finance Manager responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Cashflow forecasting, budget maintenance & preparation.
- Compile and present monthly management accounts.
- P&L and Balance Sheet reasonability checks.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory financial requirements.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
- Improve financial procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor performance against financial objectives.
- Report to the board with timely and accurate financial information.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Experience in a similar Finance Manager/ Accountant role.
- Experience of working with Xero (desirable).
