Your new role
As the Regional HR Advisor, you will provide an HR and ER service by coaching and supporting line managers to develop high-performing teams and deliver a high-quality customer experience to internal and external customers. Ensuring that employees have a great experience which is engaging, well managed and frustration-free.You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality employee relations support and case management to teams, including coaching and guidance with disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, exit interviews, probation, and TUPE, in line with current legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience of managing volume and complex employee relations cases and coaching line managersAn excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.A strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.A CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential as long as you have practical experience.
