Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to transition to a Financial Advisor role? We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Financial Advisor to work closely with our advisor, undergo paraplanning for clients, attend face-to-face meetings, and eventually transition into a Financial Advisor role. This is a permanent position with great benefits, offering a competitive salary of GBP 45,000 negotiable DOE and hybrid working, including the opportunity to work from home. Preferred Requirements:
- Experience as a paraplanner
- Trainee Financial Advisor qualification
- Level 4 qualified with a desire to become chartered (level 6)
- Good understanding of Financial Advisory processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in the financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
