RG Consultancy are delighted and proud to be working with an established client in the charity industry who are looking for a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exceptionally supportive client who provide study support and boast great benefits.

The accounts assistant role reports into the Finance Manager and is responsible for the following:

  • Supplier payment runs
  • Supplier invoice queries
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Cash allocation
  • Month end processes
  • Payment allocation
  • Support wider finance team

Knowledge of SAGE 50 is a bonus
