Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to drive efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice in the property industry
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
  • Partner with other departments to drive financial understanding and improvement
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • M&A activity

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in financial management within the property industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in the property industry
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
