Location: Middleton
Salary : £24,000 - £25,000

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Middleton, our client is a leading manufacturer of materials utilized in medical, industrial and customer produce applications.
Working hours are - Full time Monday - Friday (9-5)

Responsibilities:
This role is key to the wider team and the successful candidate will be accountable for assisting in all supply chain and general administration operations within the business. Role overview:
- To build and maintain strong supplier relations
- To assist in the transactional procurement activity (direct and indirect) when required
- Review, amend and process requisitions for supplies, materials and services
- Ensuring purchase orders are acknowledged, ensuring pricing and delivery dates are correct in the COA documentation and uploading the documents to the system
- Liaising with planning ensuring customer requirements are fully understood
- Monitoring and amendment of any orders that are behind schedule through liaising with the correct departments to address the situation
- Raise and instigate actions to resolve any customer complaints or queries
Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years of Business Administration experience
- Have a good level of numeracy and literacy ability
- Be proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Manage stress well prioritize work load
- Display independence, ownership and initiative
