Senior Business Development Lead Enterprise

Our client, Europe's leading last-mile B2B delivery platform, are looking to recruit a Senior Business Development Lead to help to strengthen their foothold on the market. Working on a hybrid basis (50% home-working), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for close to 10 years, and help to empower businesses with fast/reliable on-demand delivery solutions. The company's platform connects businesses to a fleet of couriers, enabling them to offer a range of services including same-day/next-day deliveries. The company have enjoyed incredible success to date, operating in over 150 cities and growing to a 100-FTE operation in the Central London UK HQ. Due to their growth, they are actively seeking the right candidate to help to grow their client base across the UK. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Mapping and targeting UK leads in different verticals (food, grocery & e-commerce) - solely focusing on Enterprise clients
- Creating, managing and growing a sales pipeline, maximising the company's net growth in numbers and revenue
- Implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs for all business lines
- Delivering pitches to clients, negotiating & closing deals
- Ensuring effective communication, collaboration and transition of onboarding customers to the Key Account & Operations teams
- Preparing sales reports, metrics, and performance dashboards, highlighting achievements, implemented actions, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Building and delivering compelling demonstrations, pitches and sales materials with the support of our Marketing team
- Representing the company at various events (fairs/conferences)

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise Sales
- Extensive experience of owning the entire sales process, from finding lead to closing the deal(s)
- Result-oriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance
- Data-driven methodology to make informed business decisions
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
- Relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Fun, sociable personality
- Desire to earn additional money in commission

Although not essential, any candidates with experience of selling in to the restaurant / food or retail industry are strongly encouraged to apply!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (commission paid quarterly)
- £200 monthly food allowance
- £40 monthly health/wellbeing allowance
