- Building Control experience (at least 2 years)
- Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
- Achieved or working towards BSR registration (Class 2)
- Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections
- Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections would be there)
- Own Vehicle and business insurance
- Potential of gaining LVL 3 experience for the right candidate.
