Head of Systems - £85k - Welwyn Garden City
Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer based near Welwyn Garden City, who are now seeking a Head of Systems to develop a range of multi year projects that will be used globally.
The company are working with customers globally to develop novel solutions to a range of applications, utilising the latest technology available! You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team, developing a range of products used across a number of industries so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a more varied role.
This is a Head of Systems role, focusing heavily on the V-Model lifecycle. Due to the nature of the work you will be required to go through the clearance process.
Key Skills
- Degree in Maths, Physics or an engineering focused degree
- Solid understanding and experience of the V-Model Lifecycle
- Excellent experience leading teams and department
- Previous experience liaising stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and technical reviews
- Ability to gain SC/DV clearance
- Knowledge of Doors, UML, SysML or similar is highly desirable but not essential
