  • Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Booking Coordinator to manage daily bookings received via email, meticulously add them to our system, and engage with customers through calls. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in data entry.

Day to day of the role:

  • Review and process incoming booking requests via email with precision and efficiency.
  • Accurately enter and manage booking information in the company's system.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to confirm bookings, answer queries, and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of bookings and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies in bookings promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computers and various software applications.
  • Experience in a similar role involving booking coordination or administration is preferred.
