This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with 4-5 years of experience to advance in their career, although applications from candidates at other levels of experience will also be considered.

- Mergers and asset divestitures
- Investment from private equity firms
- Organisational restructuring and realignment
- Agreements among shareholders
- Collaborative business ventures
- Leadership transitions through buyouts and buy-ins
- Contracts and licenses related to Intellectual Property
- Oversight of corporate governance practices
- Sales and acquisitions during administration
- Contracts for agency and distribution relationships
- Tailored commercial agreements
- Business terms and conditions agreements
- Agreements for IT services, including licensing, support, and maintenance
