Associate Non-Executive Director for a 2 year fixed term contract based in the South East England. Great opportunity to sit on the board and be influential on key decisions and policy.

We are working with a large public sector body based in the South East England who have 3 key sites and a number of smaller sites based in the county.

Description

As an Associate Non-Executive Director you will be involved with the major policy changes and process improvement. You will be expected to demonstrate your understanding of the challenges faced by the organisation and make recommendations. You will be required to attend and contribute at board and committee meetings on a monthly basis on site.

The Associate Non Executive Director is a 2 year fixed tenure role, and a minimum of three days a month would be expected to undertake the role successfully. The organisation operates hybrid model with some meetings online but one to two days per month in person.

Profile

The Associate Non-Executive Director will have worked within senior management or C-Suite and ideally have some understanding of Social Care and/or Mental Health. This could be from the third sector or other community based organisations or personal life experience(s).
