Reconciliation Analyst - Limerick
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for two Reconciliation Analysts to join a Tax Team onsite at a finance client in Limerick. You should have good administration skills. Due to the nature of the work involved you will be needed onsite 4 days a week. PAYE and initially 4 months work.
- Preparing and organising forms to add to client packs
- Reconcile numbers with files and per status on the system.
- Training will be provided on Tax
- Partnering with a mentor and supporting with physical documentation

- Be available to work onsite 4 days a week in Limerick office
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through obstacles
- Work well under pressure and successfully deliver to tight deadlines in a fast moving business environment
- Must be resilient to pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- Numerically competent with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good core IT skills - Adobe, Excel, MS Office, Word
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Flex hours 8am-4.15pm or 9am-5.15pm
