Senior Property Manager

Our client is a an independent estate agency based in Kensington, London. They specialise in selling, letting and managing high-quality residential properties in prime locations. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our property management and accounts team.

You will be the main point of contact for all tenants and landlords in a management portfolio of over 300 properties. You will be working very closely with a lettings manager and the managing director, who will be offering ongoing support and training.

  • Managing the daily operations of the property management division
  • Manage the resolution of all maintenance issues, including liaison with landlords and tenants, up to the point of payment of the suppliers invoice to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed.
  • Arrange gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation.
  • Manage the property portfolio in order to maximize and retain clients.
  • Operate with the confines of the Housing Acts and Lettings legislation.
  • Regular property checks and property reporting
  • Dealing with any other support tasks as required
  • Confident in decision-making
  • Work well under pressure

Requirements

The Senior Property Manager will require a working knowledge of the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience
  • Reapit knowledge highly preferred
  • Experience within a property company is Essential.
  • IT literacy of the following packages; Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Benefits

Salary: Between £35k-£40k (dependent on relevant skills and experience)

Holiday Entitlement:

The holiday entitlement is 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.
