About the role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator at DS Smith Paper and Recycling, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts across various channels. You will plan, implement, track and optimise digital marketing activities across our websites, social media, email, SEO, PPC, re-marketing and display advertising; ensuring communications are customer driven, engaging, and innovative so that we can deliver on marketing objectives.

You will bring a strong understanding of current and new digital marketing tools, experience of planning integrated digital marketing activities from concept to execution, be passionate about learning more, and will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

You will have the flexibility to prioritise your workload, which will include:

  • Managing digital activities including websites, SEO, PPC, re-marketing, email, social media and display advertising within the context of the Marketing Plans.
  • Supporting activity across a mix of channels that drives lead generation, opportunity creation, and lead nurturing, identifying the most effective messaging and calls to action.
  • Managing a variety of social media campaigns, both paid and organic to drive audience engagement as well as sales leads
  • Reporting on performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) using relevant analytics tools and make recommendations.
  • Reviewing new technologies and digital trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Evaluating the online customer journey to improve the customers' online experience and improve conversions.

About you

  • Relevant qualification or degree
  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • B2B experience
  • Knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, SEO, and social media campaign management
  • Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with other teams throughout the business
  • Interest in sustainability and innovation
  • European language skills would be advantageous

Location: Caerphilly - we have 1 day a week in the office and the rest can be homebased.
