Product admin

We are currently recruiting for a product admin within a well-established client based in Bradford within the product team.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Assist in creating catalogue pages, brochures, and direct mail using our product data management system.
  • Provide administrative support, including the creation of new products and product tables.
  • Work towards maintaining minimal error levels in product data.
  • Liaise with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure accurate product representation on the web, including image updates, product spec changes, and filling in missing information.
  • Enrich product content on our data management system by uploading additional images, videos, data sheets, and instruction manuals.
  • Review and create product titles, copy, and metadata to enhance digital performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product information management systems, STEP experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in liaising with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content creation is highly desirable.
