Job Details
- Band 6 CPN/ RMN with community experience to manage a defined caseload for working age adults. - Full JD is available upon request.
- Minimum 3 month contract with the option to extend.
- Full and Part time hours available to fit around you!

Position Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
- UK Drivers Licence
