Sales Administrators! £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Reed Slough are receiving a high demand for experienced Sales Administrators living in Slough and the surrounding areas.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting our sales team, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales administration procedures and customer relationship management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone with high accuracy.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports and communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
