Recruitment Manager

Working for this global powerhouse you will be tasked with creating and executing ongoing hiring and talent attraction strategies for the UK, APAC and Middle East regions. You will be responsible for driving the sourcing strategy, building talent pipelines, designing recruitment campaigns, reviewing and shortlisting of candidates, interviewing, management of offers and candidate feedback, and evaluation of the recruitment process.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face of the Firm and the first interaction with prospective applicants and candidates.
  • Developing and managing strong relations with internal and external stakeholders to the advantage of the business and the HR function.
  • Delivering an effective and efficient Talent Acquisition service by partnering with the business to meet the practice area or Business Professional function's current and future resource needs.
  • Manage a high volume of recruitment activity, using processes effectively and focusing on direct sourcing.
  • Taking a holistic approach to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of processes regularly and suggesting/implementing changes.
  • Collaborating with Resource Management and Senior HR Business Partner teams regarding future requirements and headcount plans to work proactively.
  • As well as managing lawyer recruitment, there may also be an opportunity to lead on the recruitment process for select Partner searches, covering the UK, APAC, CE and ME regions. This will involve working closely with the global Partner Recruiting Team and stakeholder partners to guide them and their candidate through the partner process.

Experience:

You will have gained recruitment experience within a legal or professional services environment (and it would be desirable to have experience recruiting lawyers)

Alternatively, you will have a background within an agency recruiting lawyers, partners or fee-earners for clients within the professional services sector, with a desire to move into an inhouse recruitment role.
