To join a small friendly team engaged on a Multi storey Design and Build on luxury 10 - level residential refurbishment, with commercial lease space and Basement main plant area.
Working from Central London (Kensington) Based Head Office
This successful company, based in Central London, has approaching 33 years of trading history, has an established client base over the market sectors: Education, Parks, Commercial, Leisure, Health, Retail and Residential. Mostly working within Greater London.
The ideal Candidate for this current position, would be experienced in Design Coordination and Management, Fire Strategy and have Mechanical, Electrical and Sprinkler expertise. This particular current project is fully active, both in ongoing Design and on Site Construction. The value of future works is circa £ 6 - £8 million with an expected programme of circa 12 - 15months.
The position is immediately available for the successful candidate.
Ability with Excel, Word, Sage 'Construct', Asta Power Project Software.
