A Local Authority are about to embark on some major projects and as such are currently looking for an Interim Project Accountant with a strong background in Investment Appraisals and experience of Treasury Green Book.
You will have advanced in financial modelling skills, and have experience of being to run scenarios and show impact on NPV and IRR, along with experience of working with SPV'S /JV'S
CCAB Qualified with experience from either Local/Central Government or Housing
