Introduction to the Team:

  • They provide comprehensive support to health organizations nationwide concerning workforce matters, including employment tribunal litigation, high-level advisory work, and matters of national significance, such as NHS restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice across a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.
  • Handling all aspects of employment law, from drafting employment documents to advising on employee rights, disciplinary matters, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Transactional support and building client and internal relationships.
  • Contributing to business development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor
  • Demonstrable experience supporting an employment team
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide pragmatic advice
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Adherence to guidelines and client expectations
  • Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard office hours, if necessary.
