- They provide comprehensive support to health organizations nationwide concerning workforce matters, including employment tribunal litigation, high-level advisory work, and matters of national significance, such as NHS restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice across a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.
- Handling all aspects of employment law, from drafting employment documents to advising on employee rights, disciplinary matters, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims.
- Transactional support and building client and internal relationships.
- Contributing to business development.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor
- Demonstrable experience supporting an employment team
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide pragmatic advice
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Adherence to guidelines and client expectations
- Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard office hours, if necessary.
