A leading gift & homewares brand are seeking a Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join their fun and friendly Sales team. This is a business with enviable sustainable credentials, who have a great team and company culture too.

Duties as Wholesale Sales Coordinator will include:
- Working within with the wholesale account management team, being a vital contact and support for their international Key Account customers
- Order management and processing, supporting your account base as needed, ensuring customers are receiving best in class service at all times
- Liaising with internal teams and the warehouse and to ensure the smooth running of orders for your accounts, communicating any delays
- Managing stock effectively for your account base, understanding your customers' needs, checking forecasts, and maximising any opportunities to increase sales
- Dealing with enquiries from your customer base across multiple platforms - via phone, email, webchat and in person
- Ensuring any customers' requirements for labelling are communicated and actioned as required
- Resolving any customer queries or problems swiftly and positively
- Support the wider sales team with processing wholesale orders as needed
- Managing any chargebacks, and the subsequent debit / credit notes
- Issue returns, refunds and replacement orders in an efficient manner
The ideal Wholesale Sales Coordinator will have the following qualities:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position, ideally within sales coordination, customer service, or a wholesale / B2B business
- Best in class communication skills, both verbally and written
- Excellent Excel skills, experience with ERP systems or Sage a benefit
- A can do attitude, happy to support different areas of the business as required
- Numerate and accurate, with a good attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Proactive and flexible approach, a friendly demeanour and a team player!
