Company Overview - Service Administrator
Our Client are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.
This Company are a reputable business with over 30 years' experience within the Security industry. They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand.
You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to also play a key role in setting up and managing administrative processes for a new division planning to launch in the near future!
Service Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the service division and helpdesk
- Managing reactive call outs
- Arranging preventative maintenance visits
- Scheduling engineering teams
- Sending quotes for remedial works
- Liaising with engineers, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on a daily basis
- Managing receipt of stock deliveries and packing up kit for engineers
- Project coordination as this person develops
Service Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role and industry
- Experienced with working on job management software (Experience with Simpro is desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and a natural problem solver
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
