This is a commercially-oriented Finance role for a talented storyteller who can translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate a talented team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and implement robust financial performance frameworks and metrics
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide strategic financial guidance
- Translate financial data into clear and concise stories for senior management
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend course corrections
About you:
- Experience within the FMCG sector, with potential retail experience a plus
- Qualified Accountant
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
- A natural communicator who can confidently present complex financial information to diverse audiences
- A strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable business insights
Salary - £65-75,000 p/a + bonus
Hybrid working
Duration - 6 months
