Responsibilities Include:
- Attending Multi-Disciplinary meetings and completing initial Safeguarding enquiries.
- Responsible for Care Planning and providing short term case management safeguarding enquiries.
- Assessments and Unscheduled Reviews
- Undertaking assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Action safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience post qualification
- Social Work Qualification and SWE registration
