Responsibilities Include:

  • Attending Multi-Disciplinary meetings and completing initial Safeguarding enquiries.
  • Responsible for Care Planning and providing short term case management safeguarding enquiries.
  • Assessments and Unscheduled Reviews
  • Undertaking assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Action safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience post qualification
  • Social Work Qualification and SWE registration
