This is a temporary position with a contract length of 12 months, offering you the chance to make a significant impact within their Finance and IT function. ??

As a Team Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Member of Board for Finance and their team. No two days will be the same as you contribute to the smooth running of the office and facilitate the implementation of efficient processes. This position will be instrumental in the successful transition of our client's business, as they launch their exciting new Hybrid Electric and Fully Electric vehicles. ???
What you'll be doing: ??
?? Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas
?? Collaborating cross-functionally with other Personal Assistants and colleagues in the VW Group
?? Prioritising and reviewing correspondence, ensuring timely approval and distribution
?? Acting as a brand ambassador and representing the Board Member of Finance
?? Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancing office operations
?? Organising national and international travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience
What we're looking for: ??
�? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
�? Proactive and highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail
�? Resilient and tenacious, with a problem-solving mindset
�? A continuous learner, open to growth and development
�? APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or working towards this would be a plus
