The Role:
- Market Research: Gain in-depth knowledge of the business, industry, and clients to become a market expert
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and create a pipeline of new business
- Lead Generation: Call warm leads to close deals and identify potential new clients
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Presentations: Present products and services to potential clients
