Key Responsibilities:
- Expense Management: Process staff and client expenses efficiently.
- Account Management: Set up and maintain supplier and customer accounts.
- Reconciliation: Input and reconcile credit card statements.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Cash Handling: Post and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Invoicing: Prepare invoices and issue remittances to clients.
- Payment Processing: Monitor aged creditor analysis and process supplier payments.
- Form Completion: Complete necessary supplier forms.
- General Admin: Provide administrative support, including filing invoices and contracts.
- Office Supplies: Manage ordering of office supplies.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
- MUST have a minimum of 12 months finance experience working in a similar role in media.
- Experience in book-keeping and double- entry
- Proficiency in SAGE and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
- Initiative to resolve issues independently.
