Your new company
You will be working for a well established M&E Contractor based in Nottinghamshire that works a variety of different projects which include; hospitality, leisure, public sector and commercial.
Your new role
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects.
- Assist senior quantity surveyors in analysing and negotiating contracts.
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial efficiency.
- Prepare progress reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have a degree in Quantity Surveying or be working in another office based role within the building services sector looking to make a transfer.
What you'll get in return
- Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per year.
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
- Bonus (company/personal).
